David Penn
As Founder and Editor-In-Chief of Hit Songs Deconstructed, Dave is responsible for Hit Songs Deconstructed editorial direction and spearheading new editorial products.Dave is an award winning composer/producer known for his edgy and evocative style of songwriting. He has 20+ years of recording/songwriting experience with a primary focus on Rock and Pop. Dave's experience as an analyst spotting trends for a major retailer coupled with his extensive music knowledge enables him to provide a unique, detailed look at the inner workings of hit songs. Dave is an ET member of the prestigious Manhattan Producers Alliance and currently lives in NYC.

Yael Kruman Penn
As Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Hit Songs Deconstructed, Yael is responsible for the Company's strategic direction and spearheading strategic planning for Hit Songs Deconstructed.Yael has extensive experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, possesses in-depth knowledge of traditional, interactive and emerging media and has been published by several "must read" industry publications including BtoB, Chief Marketer, Website Magazine, eMarketing +Commerce and has been quoted as an marketing expert by several trade publications.
Yael is President and CEO of Imagine 360 Marketing (www.i360m.com) and Executive Editor of Marketer's Mix (www.marketersmix.com). Prior to founding Imagine 360, Yael served as Director of Marketing and Circulation for Dow Jones Financial Information Services where she was responsible for developing and directing the division's overall marketing strategy.
